Subscription & Cancellation Terms

1. Subscription Models

We offer the following subscription options:

a) 3-Month Subscription: Minimum commitment of 3 months from the first delivery. Deliveries are made at the interval specified in the respective offer (e.g. monthly).

b) 12-Month Subscription: Minimum commitment of 12 months from the first delivery. Deliveries are made at the interval specified in the respective offer.

2. Automatic Renewal

After the respective minimum commitment period expires, the subscription automatically continues on a month-to-month basis for an indefinite period. Prices valid at the time of renewal apply.

3. Cancellation

a) During the minimum commitment period: Ordinary cancellation is excluded during the minimum commitment period. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

b) After the minimum commitment period: The subscription may be cancelled at any time with one (1) month’s notice to the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Subscriptions

Regardless of the above cancellation terms, as a consumer you are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to our withdrawal policy. You may withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of receiving the first delivery without giving reasons.

Please note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

5. Prices and Payment

The subscription price stated in the respective offer (incl. VAT and shipping costs, if applicable) is due for each delivery. We automatically charge your specified payment method no earlier than one (1) week before dispatch of the next delivery.

Price changes will be communicated to you by email at least four (4) weeks before they take effect. In the event of a price increase, you have the right to cancel the subscription effective as of the date the price increase takes effect.

6. Pausing

Pausing the subscription is currently not available. Please contact our customer service at hello@nouxx.com if you wish to temporarily interrupt your deliveries.
