The Cycle Routine is for every woman with a menstrual cycle. One daily drink, three specific formulations that follow your menstrual, follicular and luteal phase. Developed by women's health doctors, with bioavailable nutrient forms. Your daily base for energy, mood, skin and hormonal balance, whether you want to ease PMS, support your cycle through change or have a reliable routine instead of many separate supplements.
The Cycle Routine combines one daily baseline with three phase-specific blends. Bloody Berry includes iron and vitamin C, Green Glow includes zinc and Calm Choco includes magnesium. Forms such as 5-MTHF folate, iron bisglycinate and magnesium bisglycinate are part of the formulation. One sachet a day brings the routine together, with the ingredients and amounts listed for each blend.
Yes. The Cycle Routine covers your daily nutrient needs as a woman and is tailored to your cycle, even if you don't have any symptoms. You lose iron with every period. Your need for nutrients like magnesium and B-vitamins rises in the days before it. The Cycle Routine supplies the vitamins and minerals your body needs across the cycle. Many women without symptoms also tell us they notice steadier energy and a calmer second half of the cycle.
The Cycle Routine brings together daily nutrients, including Vitamin B6 for the regulation of hormonal activity. If your periods remain irregular or stop unexpectedly, ask your doctor to check the cause before starting. If pregnancy is possible, rule it out before taking the Cycle Routine.
Once you know the routine is suitable for you, take one sachet a day in the order shown. When your period starts, begin the new cycle with Bloody Berry.
Your body needs time to take in the daily nutrients and build up its stores. Most of our customers tell us they notice the first changes after about three to four weeks: softer PMS, less fatigue, sometimes clearer skin. By around three cycles, many describe more even energy and noticeably milder PMS. That's why our subscription starts at a three-cycle minimum, giving your body the time it needs.
The Cycle Routine is hormone-free and combines protein, vitamins and minerals in one daily drink. Before you start, ask your doctor or pharmacist to check the ingredient list against your contraception and any other medication.
That is normal. A healthy cycle typically varies between 25 and 35 days. You move through the blends in order. Every box has 2 extra Calm Choco sachets for a longer luteal phase. If your cycle is shorter, start again with Bloody Berry on day 1 of your next period.
For most women, no. The Cycle Routine is your daily base, with over 20g of protein, a full B-vitamin complex, key minerals and phase-specific additions tailored to what your body needs across the cycle. That covers more than the daily essentials, which is why most women don't need additional supplementation. Check the ingredients and doses of any additional products first, including Omega-3 or creatine. Your doctor or pharmacist can help you check combinations, especially with extra iron or a high-dose multivitamin.
The Cycle Routine contains many essential nutrients, but cannot be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. These stages have very specific needs that are best met by supplements made and tested for them, alongside your healthcare provider's guidance. If you used the Cycle Routine before pregnancy, you can return to it once you have finished breastfeeding. When in doubt, check with your doctor before starting again.
We recommend you start on day 1 of your period, with Bloody Berry. Your cycle is clearly defined from there and the sachets are in order, so there's not much for you to think about. It isn't required, though. You can start any day by taking the sachet that matches your current phase.
Each phase has its own flavour. Bloody Berry is a red-berry blend, Green Glow is mango and passion fruit with greens, Calm Choco is a dark-chocolate drink. All are lightly sweet, with no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners.
