Alpha-Liponsäure

Alpha-lipoic acid is a thiol antioxidant produced in small amounts by the body and is a vital component of several enzyme systems involved in energy metabolism. It is both water and fat soluble, allowing it to distribute to all cells of the body. Alpha-lipoic acid facilitates the conversion of glucose into energy, allowing cells to maintain optimal function. Alpha-lipoic acid is not the same as alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. Both are often abbreviated ALA, which can lead to confusion.

In unserem nouxx BLOODY BERRY kommt Alpha-Liponsäure zum Einsatz.
