1. Shipping Costs

Orders with a value of €49.00 or more ship free. For orders below €49.00, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 (incl. VAT) applies.

2. Delivery Area

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that are beyond our control (e.g. customs duties, taxes, or bank transfer fees). Any such costs shall be borne by you.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times after conclusion of contract (for prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction):

– Germany: 3–5 business days

– EU countries: 5–7 business days

– Switzerland: 5–10 business days

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for the entire order is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

4. Shipping Carrier

Shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable parcel service. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is due upon completion of the order. For subscriptions, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method before each subsequent delivery.

6. Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain countries or above certain order quantities. Details can be found in the respective product offer.
